Dates for the launches have not been scheduled and financial details of the contract were not disclosed.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u201cEchoStar is pleased to have completed successful launches with Sea Launch in the past, which give us confidence in Sea Launch\u2019s ability to execute on future launches. The Sea Launch Zenit-3SL vehicle has been a reliable, flight-proven launch system and we look forward to continued success,\u201d EchoStar President Dean Olmstead said in a statement.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; On May 10, Sea Launch filed to exit Chapter 11 bankruptcy status in the third quarter of 2010.
