The new AsiaSat satellite  will provide services to both the broadcast and telecommunications  industries.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u201cWe are very pleased that we have arrived at this agreement, which  will be beneficial for both Sea Launch and AsiaSat,\u201d Sea Launch  President Kjell Karlsen said in a statement.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Sea Launch said it would exit Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in  the third quarter of 2010. Sea Launch filed its reorganization to the <strong>U.S.  Bankruptcy Court in Delaware <\/strong>on May 10.
