Circuit\u2019s decision in May, which cast doubt on whether the FCC can ensure fair competition and provide consumer protection. <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong>Dish Network<\/strong> Chairman, President and CEO Charlie Ergen praised the FCC vote in a company statement issued June 17. \u201cDish Network applauds the Commission\u2019s decision to release a notice of inquiry on the \u2018Third Way\u2019 legal approach. We strongly support Chairman Genachowski\u2019s leadership in moving this critical process forward.
