Pohany will join ND SatCom CFO Oliver Meier to manage the company\u2019s finances, controlling, legal counsel, human resources and supply chain.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp; At SES Astra, H\u00f6lzle succeeds Alexander Oudendijk as COO. H\u00f6lzle will take over the sales and marketing responsibility for the media business across all markets served by SES Astra. <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u201cWith the appointment of Norbert H\u00f6lzle we will put an even stronger focus on specific markets and their respective challenges. We are convinced that this will help us to further enhance our commitment to our customers and to drive the growth of our company,\u201d SES Astra President and CEO Ferdinand Kayser said in a statement. <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; SES is making ND SatCom a key focus for the company as it is looking to divest the asset as soon as it can.
