CanTV expects to cover the entire territory of Venezuela, servicing more than 600,000 paying subscribers, by 2015.&nbsp; <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The transaction marks one of the few international deals for CDT, as most of its business is in China. The company had revenues in the first quarter of 2010 of $14 million and also shipped about 2.6 million smart cards during the quarter.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp; \u201cChina Digital TV\u2019s excellent security technology, anti-piracy solutions and high-quality service enjoy a high reputation among industry players in the China market.
