The order follows <strong>EchoStar Satellite<\/strong>\u2019s March termination of its $374 million stock purchase \u00e2\u20ac\u00a8agreement with <strong>MVS Comunicaciones<\/strong> to acquire\u00e2\u20ac\u00a8Satmex, which cast doubts on the company\u2019s ability to fund a new satellite on its own.
