Wade has been with AsiaSat since 1994.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Jackson will retire as CEO on July 31, and then be appointed as executive chairman at the beginning of August and remain as executive director of AsiaSat until late July next year. <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; AsiaSat also announced its full year results March 26, which saw steady increases in overall revenues and profits. <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The operator had full year revenues of HK1.16 billion ($149.45 million), an increase of 13 percent compared to last year.
