Adamou was named chairman of IDC\u2019s board five days after Clifton was replaced.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Clifton\u2019s resignation follows the departure of Denis Colbourne, Stuart Smith and Kevin Rankin from IDC\u2019s board on the same day Adamou was named chairman.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; \u201cWe are in the process of identifying qualified individuals to join us on the IDC board.
