The company\u2019s products are deployed in more than 60 countries for customers such as <strong>Canal +,<\/strong> the <strong>BBC<\/strong> and <strong>Arqiva<\/strong>. \t<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp; \u201cSat-Comm has been a key partner for our MENOS-certified Satellite Newsgathering and our Arabsat projects, and we very much look forward to develop our collaborative relationship with them,\u201d Jason Neale, CEO of OmniGlobe Networks, said in a statement \u201cThe acquisition will allow us to consolidate our presence into European and Middle East markets and further enhance our market position as the leading broadcast systems specialist.\u201d <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp; Sat-Comm will become part of OmniGlobe\u2019s Europe, Middle East and Africa business managed by David Harper.
