Following the court\u2019s approval Space Launch Services issued its first loan of $12.5 million to Sea Launch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica\">&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;The court will give final approval for the second loan in March.
