The transported capacity number covers owning and operating or reselling dedicated bandwidth and power on a communications satellite in any available Comsatcom frequency band. The subscription services solicitation number addresses pre-existing, pre-engineered fixed satellite service and also mobile satellite service capabilities.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The multiple-award schedule and indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity FCSA, a joint venture established in August between the GSA and the <strong>U.S. Defense Information Systems Agency <\/strong>(DISA), will replace satellite communications contracts that will expire over the next two-and-a-half years.
