{"id":87621,"date":"2010-01-21T18:08:00","date_gmt":"2010-01-21T10:08:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp-productionenv-bjg9h2g2bgg5b8aa.southeastasia-01.azurewebsites.net\/news\/sstl-splits-into-two\/"},"modified":"2010-01-21T18:08:00","modified_gmt":"2010-01-21T10:08:00","slug":"sstl-splits-into-two","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/starpath.global\/news\/sstl-splits-into-two\/","title":{"rendered":"SSTL Splits into Two"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[01-20-10] <strong>Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd. <\/strong>(SSTL) is restructuring its business and splitting into two separate business units, the company announced Jan. 20.  <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; SSTL will now have a telecommunications and navigation business unit, as well as an Earth observation and science business unit. \t<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The telecommunications and navigation business unit will be run by John Paffett, who was responsible for Europe\u2019s first Galileo navigation satellite, Giove-A and SSTL\u2019s geostationary communications satellite program.
