[01-11-10] TerreStar<\/b> has informed the U.S. Federal Communications Commission<\/b> (FCC) that EchoStar<\/b> President Dean Olmstead and EchoStar CFO David Rayner are leaving TerreStar\u2019s board, effective Dec. 31, 2009. \n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
TerreStar told the FCC that Olmstead and Rayner\u2019s decisions were not based on disagreements with TerreStar policy, according to documents filed with the FCC on Jan. 4. TerreStar\u2019s board said it would consider filling the vacancies at a later date.<\/p>\n
