ViaSat-1 is under construction at Space Systems\/Loral and scheduled for launch in early 2011.<br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Loral will work with its affiliate, <strong>Telesat Canada<\/strong>, to provide Barrett Xplore with satellite operations and gateway facility management.
