SES signed a contract with <strong>Astrium<\/strong> in late November to build the satellites. <br \/>\n&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The facility has been arranged by BNP Paribas and Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale as mandated lead arrangers and ING Belgium SA as arranger.
