Photos: Delta 4 rocket waits out Wednesday’s weather scrub

The forecast of stormy weather prevented rollback of the mobile service gantry and the continuation of the countdown at Cape Canaveral on Wednesday for the United Launch Alliance Delta 4 rocket. The vehicle will carry the Air Force’s WGS 7 military communications satellite into orbit. Liftoff is rescheduled for Thursday, July 23, at 8:07 p.m. EDT.
