3. Company layout
Tianjin R&D Center & No. 01 Production Base: The land delisting was completed on January 28, 2022. The land size is about 80 acres. It will be used to build a component R&D center in the transportation field represented by aerospace and aviation, a technology innovation center in the new material field, and a high-end equipment manufacturing base for aerospace multi-functional new material technology and structural and functional integrated components.
Beijing R&D Center: 15th Floor, Building B, Jingkai Building, No. 1 Disheng North Street, Yizhuang Economic Development Zone, Beijing. Since most rocket companies are located in Yizhuang, Beijing, they have set up R&D centers in Yizhuang, which is closer to customers.
Sichuan Base: Set up for the southwest market, it is located in Shifang Economic Development Zone, Sichuan, covering an area of 77 acres, including the Sichuan Aerospace Lightweight Structure R&D Center and the batch production base for lightweight structural parts for medium and large UAVs.
4. Cooperation with Rocket Enterprises
Beijing Star Glory Space Technology Co., Ltd.: The Star Glory “SQX-1 Y1” rocket was successfully launched on July 25, 2019. The rocket fairing was developed and produced by Aisida. This fairing is the first all-composite lightweight launch vehicle fairing developed and manufactured by a private enterprise. It is also the first composite fairing successfully put into orbit by a private aerospace company. Different from traditional rocket fairings, this fairing uses carbon fiber and high-temperature resin-based composite materials and a lightweight honeycomb sandwich structure, which reduces thermal deformation caused by temperature changes between different materials and reduces the overall weight by 30%.
Beijing Galaxy Power Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd.: The fairings of Galaxy Power’s “Ceres 1” launch vehicle, Yaosi 1, Yao 2, Yao 3, Yao 4 and Yao 5 are all developed and produced by Aisida. The main body of the fairing is made of carbon fiber variable thickness sandwich structure composite material, and through integrated functional structural design, the structure is lightweight to the maximum extent.
Guangzhou Zhongke Aerospace Exploration Technology Co., Ltd.: On July 27, 2022, Zhongke Aerospace’s “Lijian-1” Yaoyang-1 carrier rocket was successfully launched. On June 7, 2023, the “Lijian-1” Yuan-2 carrier rocket was successfully launched. On January 23, 2024, the “Lijian-1” Yuan-3 carrier rocket was successfully launched. The fairings were developed and produced by Aisida. In addition, important structural parts such as direct parts for final assembly, multi-level heat-proof structures and instrument mounting plates are also developed by Aistar.
Beijing Tianbing Technology Co., Ltd.: In April 2024, the fairing of the “Tianlong 3” liquid launch vehicle jointly developed by Tianbing Technology and Aisida successfully rolled off the production line. The fairing has a diameter of 4.2 meters and a length of about 13 meters. It is the largest all-carbon fiber composite fairing in the domestic commercial aerospace field. In addition, structural parts such as the heat-proof skirt and heat-proof panels of the Tianlong-2 first-stage engine are also developed and produced by Aisida.
5. Product Type Spectrum
At present, Aisida has jointly carried out fairing development with a number of commercial aerospace enterprises. For different rocket models, it has developed and launched six series of fairing standardized products with diameters of 1.2m, 1.4m, 1.6m, 2.5m, 3.3m and 4.2m. 6. Financing situation
