BEIJING, Dec. 25. (China Space News) — CPC Organization Department and State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) had decided to set up and regulate the board of directors within China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC).
The work conference was held by SASAC on Dec. 19, in Beijing. At the meeting SASAC announced that Han Xiuguo, Li Ping, Liu Pengling, and Zou Nairui were appointed outside directors of CASC.
