June 6th 2017, during the global space exploration conference (GLEX 2017) the administrator of China National Space Administration (CNSA) Tang Dengjie held a bilateral meeting with president of ESA Johann-Dietrich Woerner. Both two agreed to continue to use the mechanism of the CNSA-ESA Joint Commission on Space Cooperation and continue to promote CNSA-ESA cooperation in various fields. Wu Yanhua, vice administrator of China National Space Administration, attended the meeting.
