[Via Satellite 1-6-2014] Global Eagle Entertainment has expanded its contract for connectivity with Russian airline UTair Aviation by 60 aircraft, raising the total number to 69 aircraft to be installed with Global Eagle’s satellite connectivity solution.
Global Eagle’s connectivity service will be will encompass 20 Airbus A321-200’s and 40 Boeing B737NG aircraft. Installations on the UTair fleet will begin in Jan. 2014.
