BEIJING, May. 15 (China Space News) — The Fourth China Satellite Navigation Conference “Opportunities and Challenges for the Use of BDS” opened Wednesday in Wuhan city of Hubei Province.
Speaking at the Conference, Sun Jiadong said fusing satellite navigation with information technologies will produce more products and improve people’s lives.
Sun is a senior technical consultant with China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and chief designer of the BeiDou satellite navigation system (BDS).
Leading experts from home and abroad were at the conference and exchanged their views on the most recent developments and trends of satellite navigation technologies.
