[Via Satellite 08-02-2016] Measat has signed an agreement with Globecast Asia and BBC Worldwide to distribute four BBC channels from the Measat 3 satellite to viewers in Asia. The channels consist of BBC Earth HD, BBC Lifestyle HD, CBeebies HD and BBC Entertainment.
Measat 3 is collocated with the Measat 3a and Measat 3b satellites at Asia’s 91.5 degrees east video hot slot. The three satellites form a video neighborhood providing Ultra-HD, HD and SD channels across Asia, Australia, East Africa and Eastern Europe.
