China successfully launched a new batch of internet satellites from the Hainan Commercial Spacecraft Launch Site on Sunday.
The satellites, the 24th group of low-orbit internet satellites, lifted off aboard a Long March-12 carrier rocket at 12:10 p.m. Beijing Time on Aug. 16, 2026, and successfully entered their preset orbits.
The launch marked the 663rd flight mission of the Long March carrier rocket series.
