YF-102 engine is our country’s

The YF-102V engine is a two-stage high-altitude engine derived from the first-stage YF-102 engine, with a single thrust of 72 tons. Its high-performance thrust chamber adopts overall 3D printing technology.

On April 2, 2023, the YF-102 engine successfully made its first flight as the first-stage power of Tianlong 2. The rocket was independently developed by Tianbing Technology and is the first liquid launch vehicle to successfully enter orbit in my country’s commercial aerospace industry. Another rocket that also uses the YF-102 engine is the Lijian-2.
