In the past two years, many friends have asked us the same question: Hello space, what do you do?
Is it an aerospace science popularization account run by an individual? Or a consulting agency? Or, are you doing FA or resource docking?
Today let’s talk about: Hello Space, what is its main business?
01
Hello space who?
Hello Space, from the beginning, it was not a self-media account operated by an individual.
We are an industry information services company focusing on the commercial aerospace field.
What we do is essentially one thing: reducing information asymmetry and trust costs in the commercial aerospace industry.
Whether it is the articles, short videos, lists, or connections between companies that everyone has seen, all work is centered around this goal.
02
What information does Hello Space provide?
In the past few years, Nihao Space has been doing three types of industry information.
Category 1: Industry information
This is the part that everyone is most familiar with. Including, commercial aerospace industry articles; short videos; industry hot spots, technological progress, policy changes and other special content.
What we are more concerned about has always been a few very practical issues:
Which companies are really doing commercial aerospace?
Which technologies have already entered the engineering stage?
Which tracks are beginning to see structural differentiation?
These contents have only one goal: to lower the information threshold of the industry and allow more people to “understand commercial aerospace.”
Category 2: Industry basic information tools
In addition to daily content, we are also continuing to build a set of basic industry information tools.
This is the part where Hello Space really spends the most time. Including but not limited to:
Division of commercial aerospace industry chain (upstream/midstream/downstream);
Sorting out segmented tracks and representative companies;
Key enterprise lists and industry rankings;
Industry annual reports and special studies.
What Nihao Space is doing is not scattered content, but a set of basic industry information tools – using reports to make macro judgments about the industry; using lists to clarify the boundaries of mainstream companies; using subdivisions and screening of representative companies to reduce industry communication costs.
Our focus is not on “who is the hottest,” but on: Who is engineering? Who is on the main channel? Who might be overrated?
Category 3: Industry supply and demand information
Commercial aerospace is an industry with extremely opaque information but highly dependent on relationships: many real needs are not made public; it is also difficult to judge whether many companies are reliable.
NiHaoSpace does not operate as a direct B2B trading platform, but focuses on the information link before a transaction occurs:
Who really needs it?
Which companies are truly capable and trustworthy?
We hope that Nihao Space can become the first stop in the industry to understand real demand and reliable supply.
03
Nihao Space currently has two core businesses:
Based on the above industry information system, Nihao Space currently only provides two types of standardized services.
Category 1: Industry corporate communication and brand cooperation
This part is mainly for companies that want to be correctly understood by the industry.
In content cooperation, Nihao Space only selects representative companies in the industry, only produces original content and long-term cooperation, does not accept single-time, templated content requirements, and does not do simple “soft article delivery.” The company only provides basic facts and materials, and content judgment and presentation methods are independently completed by Nihao Space. Content judgment will not be sacrificed for cooperation.
The reason for this is simple: to ensure that the content system is not “polluted” by advertising.
In addition, we currently also have fixed advertising spaces available, such as banners at the bottom of articles, for brand exposure.
Category 2: Corporate membership and supply and demand docking services
This is a service provided by Nihao Space that is more internal to the industry.
Hello Space’s corporate members are not “just pay to join”, but companies that have been screened.
Focusing on member companies, we mainly provide the following types of supply and demand docking support:
Payload loading and verification requirements;
Connecting upstream and downstream suppliers with core components;
Financing and capital docking;
Connect government, enterprises, local resources and projects.
We do not promise to “close the deal”, but we will ensure that: the information is authentic, the target is credible, the communication is effective, and the efficiency of industry connection is improved. If your needs are just “quick transaction” or “quick exposure”, this type of service is not suitable for you.
In some scenarios, Nihao Space will also conduct in-depth cooperation with exhibitions, conferences, and local institutions, including joint conferences, special forums, resource collaboration, etc. But the premise is always: whether it has real value to the industry.
04
What are we not going to do for now?
In order to avoid misunderstandings, we also clearly state a few things we are not currently doing:
No customized consulting services are provided;
We will not accept temporary or one-time requests for soft articles;
Do not exchange credit endorsement for short-term business gains.
This is not because we “can’t do it”, but because once we do, the information is no longer trustworthy.
Over the years, we have become increasingly aware of one thing: once information begins to give way to short-term interests, the platform will not survive long. What Nihao Space hopes to do is to be a long-term industry information node, rather than a platform that quickly realizes cash and consumes credit quickly.
05
What kind of company is suitable to come to Nihao Space?
Hello Space is not for everyone. But if you happen to be stuck in one of these locations below, chances are we can help.
1. Companies that are really doing things, but “not very good at telling stories”
You may be a company like this:
The technical route is clear and the project is advancing;
There are real projects, real deliveries, and even on-orbit verification;
But I’m not good at writing articles, I don’t like to shoot videos, and I don’t want to do “emotional publicity”.
What Nihao Space is better at is not “packaging”, but putting what you are doing back into the real industry context of commercial aerospace, so that peers, partners, and capital can understand what problems you are solving.
2. It has just been established and is looking for the first batch of “key relationships” companies.
You may be just starting out:
The team is not small and the direction is clear;
Urgent need for financing, customers, supply chain or first demonstration project;
But it was discovered that the truly valuable information was not available in public channels at all.
What Nihao Space provides is not to match transactions, but to be the “first stop for information” before industry transactions occur: Who really needs it? Who is a reliable partner?
3. Be the “hidden champion” of parts and supporting services
You may serve national missions or specific clients on a long-term basis:
The product is very professional and the technical threshold is high;
But in the context of commercial aerospace, it “doesn’t have a strong presence”;
Many people in the industry actually don’t know who you are and what you can do.
What Nihao Space is good at is putting key but overlooked capabilities into a complete industrial chain structure. Let people who really need you know when and why to come to you.
4. I am not originally in the aerospace industry, but I have the ability to “use it directly”
You may be from:
New materials, advanced manufacturing, communications, energy, AI, software, testing and other industries;
A certain technology or product is very mature;
Judging: whether and how to enter commercial aerospace.
What Hello Space can do is help you determine the location of the entrance: What are the real needs? Is it worth entering? Which part of the industrial chain has the lowest risk?
5. Investment institutions, research institutions, local governments and industrial parks
What you may be concerned about is:
Which companies are really engineering, rather than talking about concepts;
Which tracks are experiencing structural changes;
How to identify “teams that can succeed in the long term” at an early stage.
What Nihao Space provides is not a list of projects, but an inside view of the industry: Who is delivering continuously? Whose route is more stable? Who is overrated and who is underestimated?
Conclusion
What Nihao Space wants to do is not to be the “most popular account”, but to solve the problem of information asymmetry and trust cost in the industry in the long term.
Hello Space is not a “platform that helps everyone speak out.” We are more willing to work with participants who are really doing things and want to be seriously understood by the industry to make commercial aerospace more transparent and longer-term.
