BEIJING, Oct. 19 (China Space News) — Lei Fanpei, the chairman of CASC, met with the visiting Venezuela’s Minister for university education, science and technology Hugbel Roa, at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. They exchanged views on the successful launch of Venezuela’s remote sensing satellite, VRSS-2 and further promotion of space cooperation.
