It uses dinitrogen tetroxide/uniform dimethylhydrazine as propellant and is mainly used to launch low orbit and sun-synchronous orbit satellites. Yuanzheng-1S is also called the Yuanzheng-1 commercial type. It is improved on the basis of the Yuanzheng-1 upper stage in order to adapt to short-term flight missions. Yuanzheng-1S can be ignited and accelerated immediately after the separation from the basic stage. At 18:00 on November 23, 2023, the satellite Internet technology test satellites (inclined orbit test satellite 02 group A, B, and C satellites) were successfully launched at the Xichang Satellite Launch Center. The three satellites successfully entered the scheduled orbit. The launch vehicle used was Long March 2D/Yuanzheng 3. The Long March 2D was developed by the Eighth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology. Developed, it is mainly used to launch small and medium-sized payloads in low-Earth orbit (LEO) and sun-synchronous orbit (SSO). Yuanzheng-3 is developed by the Eighth Academy of Engineering and is mainly used for off-orbit multi-satellite deployment missions. It can accurately place 10 satellites in orbits at different altitudes, and has the ability to deploy more than 20 autonomous rapid orbit maneuvers. At 3:24 on December 6, 2023, the satellite Internet technology test satellite (inclined orbit test satellite 03 group satellite) was successfully launched in the South China Sea using the Borun Kyushu cargo ship. The rocket used was Jielong 3. Jielong 3 is a solid rocket developed by the First Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology, and the satellite was developed by the Microsatellite Innovation Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

At 22:25 on November 30, 2024, the satellite Internet technology test satellite was successfully launched at the No. 2 station of the Hainan Commercial Space Launch Site. The rocket used was the Long March 12, and the satellite was developed by Galaxy Aerospace.
At 18:00 on December 16, 2024, the Satellite Internet Low Orbit Group 01 satellite was successfully launched at Station 101 of the Wenchang Space Launch Site. All 10 satellites successfully entered the predetermined orbit. The rocket used was Long March 5B/Yuanzheng 2. Long March 5B is a first-stage and semi-configuration rocket developed by the First Academy. The booster was developed by the Eighth Academy. It is the rocket with the largest low-Earth orbit carrying capacity in my country. The satellite was developed by the Fifth Academy.
