[Via Satellite 10-28-2016] Mobile satellite services operator Thuraya Telecommunications has gained key access to the Bulgarian market through a new agreement with its service partner NBS Maritime.
The agreement allows Thuraya to expand its regional maritime strategy by introducing cost optimization options in the region, according to a statement by the company.
