Date of establishment: 2024 China Space-Time Information Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned equity diversified limited liability company jointly established by China Star Network, Ordnance Industry Group, and China Mobile. It is the strategic core force and organizational operation platform of the national space-time information service. As the operator of Beidou civil and commercial communication infrastructure, China Spacetime will fully undertake Beidou civil short message communication services, and has launched pilot applications in Hebei, Xiongan New Area, Chongqing, Hunan, Guangxi and other regions. During this year’s floods, China Spacetime monitored the status of the dedicated line network in real time and made every effort to ensure the stable operation of Beidou SMS services. It also worked with China Mobile to urgently activate free Beidou SMS services for many disaster-stricken areas during the flood season. At present, Beidou SMS has served more than 9.55 million users, and 42 domestic mobile phones including Huawei, Honor, Xiaomi, and vivo have supported this feature.

Xingtu Zhilian
Date of establishment: 2022 Co-founder: Liu Yu, who has worked for Samsung, Baidu, Lenovo, Ford and other companies. Beijing Xingtu Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology enterprise whose main business is the development and manufacturing of satellite communication hardware products and satellite traffic operation. It is also the first enterprise in China to launch consumer-grade satellite terminal equipment. Relying on more than 20 years of technical experience in the satellite communications industry and integrating the humanistic experience of consumer electronics products in the Internet era, the team pioneered the launch of the “Wangling Satellite Internet Access Machine” and achieved many revolutionary innovations in satellite communications products from price to experience. It also launched many technological innovations such as advanced array antennas, turbo intelligent amplifier adjustment, and all-in-one integrated modules. In June 2025, during the floods in Zhaoqing, Guangdong, Wang Ling’s satellite Internet access machines went deep into the front line, and realized the drone video stream back to the command center through the satellite network, and ensured smooth communication in the disaster area through connection with the base station.

Tian Xie Li
Date of establishment: 2021 Financing status: Angel round financing completed in September 2021 Tianxieli (Shandong) Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. is the world’s first intelligent nebula shared service provider. It builds an open shared constellation system with software-defined satellite technology as the core, and builds full-chain service capabilities in the low-altitude economic field by creating an integrated data base for air, space, ground and sea. At present, the “Tianzhi Nebula” shared constellation led by it has successfully launched three satellites. The self-developed “control and service” platform can provide satellite intelligent hosting services for satellite resource parties and satellite data enabling services for industry applications. As of July 2025, the platform has access to 39 traditional satellites, 2 self-developed software-defined satellites and 7 jointly built smart satellites, which can provide industry users with enabling services and customized solution services.

It is committed to building integrated navigation and remote resource services, providing satellite application service software and hardware solutions, and achieving full chain industry coverage of satellite, cloud, and terminals. On March 1, 2025, Guanshi Space announced that it had assisted Yidu City in building a full-process management platform for phosphogypsum, realizing the full-process information management of phosphogypsum from generation, transportation, processing, utilization, and sales, and solving the environmental, statistical and law enforcement problems of random dumping of phosphogypsum.

Shanghai Azimuth Data Technology Co., Ltd. is committed to building a low-cost, easy-to-use indoor PNT system that is seamlessly connected to the outdoor satellite navigation system, creating a unified indoor and outdoor full-area high-precision positioning and navigation timing platform, building a spatio-temporal big data infrastructure, and providing indoor and outdoor integrated positioning services with spatial perception and calculation as the core for multiple industries. On June 30, 2024, the cross-river channel from Shenzhen to Zhongshan was opened, and the Beidou indoor and outdoor integrated positioning system developed by Azimuth was simultaneously launched, achieving full Beidou signal coverage of the undersea tunnel for the first time. As of February 2025, this product has been used in key national projects such as the Chongqing Jiefangbei Underground Ring Road, the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Submarine Tunnel, the Qianhai Underground Channel, and the Beijing East Sixth Ring Expressway, achieving seamless indoor and outdoor positioning and navigation.

Beijing Penghu Wuyu Technology Development Co., Ltd. focuses on non-terrestrial network (NTN) communication technology in next-generation communication systems. Through its self-developed 5G NTN satellite IoT communication protocol, it provides global customers with cost-effective space-terrestrial integrated networks and one-stop solutions, thereby realizing the interconnection of all things and building a smart earth. As of May 2025, Penghu Wuyu’s cost-effective satellite IoT solutions have successfully empowered industry leaders in the fields of petroleum energy, heavy machinery, and smart grids, and have achieved large-scale deployment in 15 overseas countries, helping customers achieve global asset visualization and personnel safety. On November 11, 2024, Penghu Wuyu shared the pilot project of geological disaster monitoring and early warning data transmission based on satellite Internet of Things data transmission terminals jointly carried out with the Institute of Geological Environment Monitoring of the Ministry of Natural Resources.

Wisdom around the sky

Based on “satellite + computing power” and “data production + model algorithm” as the main technology, Huantian Intelligence is committed to building a “satellite + intelligent computing + scenario application” business cluster to serve commercial aerospace and digital China. It has invested in the construction of the only autonomously controllable remote sensing satellite constellation in Southwest China, the “Ring Tian Constellation”. So far, 10 satellites have been sent into space. On June 24, 2025, Huantian Intelligence relied on satellite remote sensing, smart agricultural machinery, the Internet of Things and AI algorithms to build a 120-acre “unmanned farm” in Tianfu New District, Meishan, realizing digital management of the entire process of sowing, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting, setting a new benchmark for smart agriculture for the “Tianfu Granary.” On August 29, 2025, Huantian Wisdom announced the signing of multi-million dollar satellite remote sensing data service contracts with ORBVIEW of Singapore and SpaceEyeLao of Laos to provide partners with comprehensive services with SAR satellite data as the core and conventional optical images as the supplement.

Relying on the advantages of China Satcom satellite communications, we will build a global high-throughput aviation Internet network and information service platform to provide integrated satellite communications solutions for transportation and general aviation to meet the needs of Internet access, data transmission and value-added services. On September 3, 2025, Star Airlines joined hands with Sichuan Airlines to optimize network strategies and provide high-speed traffic for free throughout the entire process, successfully ensuring the stability of the live broadcast channel and allowing passengers to witness the grand military parade together.

Date of establishment: 2018 Financing situation: Completed 620 million yuan in Series B financing in March 2022 Beijing Liufen Technology Co., Ltd. was incubated in NavInfo. It is a professional GNSS high-precision positioning service provider. It focuses on the positioning and digitalization needs of smart cars and IoT mobile terminals, and provides high-precision positioning services, inertial positioning terminals, communication and navigation integrated terminals, fusion sensing algorithms and scenario-based solutions. As of August 2024, the company has won pre-assembled mass production orders for smart cars from more than 40 companies, including WM, Inceptio Technology, and TuSimple, and has established cooperation with Beidou industry chain companies such as Xiantu Intelligent, Didi Qingju, Intest, u-blox, and Kunchen. On July 31, 2025, Liufen Technology announced that it had completed the driverless upgrade of the first batch of golf carts through a low-speed smart car solution and successfully delivered it, officially realizing mass production applications.

Date of establishment: 2017 Financing status: Completed Series B financing in February 2024 Founder: Xi Xiaofei, who has worked in the national remote sensing data management department for more than 10 years, serving as the deputy commander-in-chief, assistant to the chief engineer and general coordinator of more than 20 satellite model projects. Beijing Sixiang Aishu Technology Co., Ltd. is a satellite application enterprise with massive remote sensing data analysis as its core technology. It has complete business closed-loop service capabilities from satellite design, satellite on-orbit operation, to data processing, and industry applications. It can provide users with customized data acquisition and industry application services driven by demand. Sixiang Technology has self-built the “Sixiang Multi-source Remote Sensing Satellite Constellation” consisting of 12 sun-synchronous orbit satellites. The first three satellites have been launched in July 2023. The self-built satellite ground station has been put into use, and the ground data center and ground system have also successfully completed joint debugging and testing. On July 29, 2025, Sixiang Technology announced that it had successfully launched soil moisture content monitoring application services based on satellite remote sensing in the second management area of Heshan Farm in Heilongjiang.

Control and dimension communication
Established: 2017 Nanjing Kongwei Communication Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on the development of satellite communication full-link technology. Its core products include satellite communication ground terminal equipment, Internet of Things terminals, etc., which are widely used in scenarios such as emergency communications and network coverage in remote areas. It has served many benchmark customers such as emergency management departments, electric power, aerospace, fire protection, and petrochemicals, and has become a leading domestic satellite communication system company. In August 2025, the 0.35-meter Ku fully automatic satellite portable station (CWP350C) self-developed by Kongwei Communications was successfully selected into the 2025 Jiangsu Province “Three Firsts and Two New” technology product certification list. In July 2025, at the Miyun disaster site in Beijing, the equipment successfully interconnected with the peripheral command center, ensuring high-definition video transmission and 5G individual soldier communications, and was highly recognized by the leaders of the Beijing Railway Section.
