1. Change of legal representative of China Star Network
Recently, China Star Network completed changes to its industrial and commercial information, and its legal representative was changed from Zhang Dongchen to Gou Ping. Zhang Dongchen has served as the chairman of China Star Network since its establishment in 2021. According to public information, Gou Ping was born in 1973 and previously served as a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

On June 10, Xiongan Aerospace Satellite Super Factory Co., Ltd. was formally established with a registered capital of 200 million yuan. It is wholly owned by Xiongan High-tech Zone Construction and Development Co., Ltd. Its business covers microsatellite manufacturing, microsatellite scientific research and testing, satellite communication services and other fields.

Recently, the space laser communication company Blue Star Optical Domain completed tens of millions of yuan in Series B financing. The investors in this round are Xiyang Capital and Runyang Optoelectronics Industry Fund jointly established with Zhongrun Optics.
